Honestly this game is awesome. If you enjoyed Aveyond then you will love Aveyond 2. It has a similar engaging storyline, turn based fighting and is a deeply immersive casual adventure game with broad appeal. There is something for everyone here and I wish there more games like it. The controls have also been improved and you can now play with the mouse.
This game is so stiff and linear that if you do the logical thing at any important plot point time and again without speaking to one NPC to trigger an event, nothing will happen. Nonsensical decisions on the part of NPCs abound. Superb, fairytale like graphics. Very much like the original Aveyond, in other words. Up to you, but I find there are numerous other shareware RPGs that are better.
If we’re going to get pedantic, it’s also a pet peeve of mine when people claim graphics are “like back in $year!!!” when, in fact, they don’t even vaguely resemble the graphics available in that year.
1983, eh? That would be…

Yeah… looks a lot like Aveyond, doesn’t it?
Try 1990 next time, that’ll put you into the SNES.

About 2 minutes of interest for me, but I can see the appeal of this type of game for others. Unlike the poster above, I don’t ‘get’ the graphics. They seem so 1983.
Gamezebo, you clarly need to install a spelling checker. Your interesting reviews are undermined by careless spelling.
As you get bigger perhaps you could more clarly note that you are making money from the downloads - nothing wrong with that - but it would be nice if it was a bit more obvious.
To Rod:
How ironic then that you clarly cannot spel “clearly.” Please try to find the other typos in this sentence too.
