I like Cradle of Rome but after a few minutes of play time it begins to run so slow on my computer that i cant stand it. Shoudl it do that with a PCI Express geForce 7900GS and 3 gigs of ram? I dont think so? Also testing on AGP cards in different machines with the same problem. Anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

Perhaps so Robert, but whats really going on is an evolution of the concept, a maturation into what will eventually be a stunning range of clones.

Has anybody else noticed that all these games lately are the same? Three in a row tile clikers that “explore” some other civilization. Build Rome! Explore Egypt! Find the gods of India! Hey look its the Wizard of Oz!

I wonder when the casual game developers will stop making the same game, and copying each other, and make something new and actually fun?

This game gets negative 80 stars for insulting us with another rip-off.

Developers are just giving the people what they want, cause clearly they’re selling well.

So if you want to be angry, blame the people who keeps buying these same games.

It’s also the #2 selling game on Pogo.

So as soon as people are sick of CSI: Yakima, we’ll be able to move on.

    I like Doom 2. But I also like Half-Life, Battlefield 1942, Counter-Strike, et al.

    I say, “MORE MATCH THREE’S!” :)

I like the game and think the story and elements are pretty smart.
In this new industry of casual games the games with new stories and similar game plays are very different from one another. This game is nothing like BKR, Jewel Quest and the other match 3 games I have seen. Same questions of clones and rip-offs came up when people saw the first FPS?s (first person shooters) coming out. Is Half Life a rip-off of Doom? What about Halo and Halo 2, 3 etc ? are they rip-offs of doom? The genre of Swap 2-Match 3 is as valid as FPS, RPG etc. We will find that games that have unique storyline, difference in game play elements that make them special in this and other genres do pretty well.
