To get the 50% rating try to get with your favorite ice cream and try to have a lot variety for all the customers. Than UPDATE your carts with anything that gets you more rating. Laudspeakers, Awning ect.
It’s like a beta version of a game that is almost great. Get rid of the very clunky screen interface and too many OK windows, put it on the mid to highest speed in the 3D mode, add help that actually helps and a tutorial that really does explain what everything is for/does and it would be a real winner. As it is, its very challenging and I’m past level four, but its not a game I play all of the time. I bought it because I enjoyed Fairy Godmother Tycoon so much, and mistook this game as related in some way. I love the idea of picking up on what is selling and keeping a record of that for each neighbourhood, its just that the game isn’t as polished as other games available. I don’t regret buying it. I was just a little disappointed with the interface and lack of help / explanation.
tip: in the third neighbourhood, spend all your time on the beach - you attract way more customers that way.

I have a question. Sometimes when I serve a customer the rating won’t change! How are you supposed to reach the 100 percent rating if you can’t make the rating go up!
It’s Ok. I’m not really a fan of Tycoon games though.
